Course Access

How do I access the course content?

Login to the website: www.coachingtheelite.com with your email and password from your registration. Then check the navigation bar on your left side and access "My Content" or "All Courses." You will then be able to navigate through the course modules, videos, study materials, and other resources.

Can I access the course on my phone or tablet?

Yes, just open your browser and type in www.coachingtheelite.com.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access for 6 months. We do offer a one-time extension if you do not pass the exam and need to retest with proof of test results.

What happens if I lose my login information?

Go to the website and reset your password. If you need further guidance, contact us at admin@coachingtheelite.com.

Live Sessions and Study Groups

What if I miss a live study group or coaching session?

Recordings are available, so please reach out and it will be sent to you.

How often are live sessions held?

Biweekly. We will send the schedule out each month prior to the first session.

Can I request a specific topic for the live sessions?

Yes, you can submit questions or topics for consideration 48 hours before the session.

Course Content & Materials

Are practice tests included in the course?

Yes, there are quizzes after each module, and longer quizzes at the end of each test section. Full-length tests, quizzes, and other sample questions are also provided.

Can I download the course materials?

Cheat sheets and other memory aid materials are downloadable. However, the actual course content must be accessed online.

Is there a study schedule or planner included?

No, however, if this is an area you struggle with, your coach can assist during your biweekly check-ins.

Can I access the course offline?

No, you will have to be on the actual website to access and use the course.

Do you offer payment plans?

What is your refund policy?

This course is delivered in a digital format, granting you immediate access to materials and downloadable content upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds.
